Steps to complete the BC Hydro Safety Questionnaire

Here’s what you need to do:

Fill out the form
Submit your details to receive email instructions on how to access the Safety Questionnaire.
Receive the SafeContractor email with instructions:
- Existing members: You will be prompted to log into your SafeContractor account, where you can directly access the BC Hydro Safety Questionnaire.
- New members: You will be prompted to set your new password to log into your SafeContractor account, where the BC Hydro Safety Questionnaire is available.
Complete the BC Hydro Safety Questionnaire:
Submit your results with your bid submission.
Ensure timely completion:
Register and complete the questionnaire in a timely manner so it is ready for your bid submission.
Refer back to the RFx directions:
Always refer back to the directions included with the posted RFx.
